TRACKING:
- Track shipments with barcode scanning
- View all shipments at a glance, including delivery times and detailed information
- Book all available delivery options for a shipment
- Receive free notifications and photos of soon-to-be-delivered letters, and updates on the status of letter shipments (such as registered or priority mail) and merchandise post
- Scan matrix codes on stamps before sending and utilize basic letter tracking
- Get more information about stamps and their designs after scanning
- Save and manage up to 10 shipments
- Receive push notifications about the current status of your shipment and new letter notifications
- Live-track your shipments on a map in real-time, including countdowns and estimated delivery windows

- Use PayPal, credit card, or direct debit for payment
- Display a QR code for printing a mobile package label at branches, parcel lockers, or with the delivery personnel
- Display the package label as a PDF for printing or forwarding via email
- Cancel purchased shopping carts
- View shopping carts from the past 30 days
- Request postage for postcards, standard letters, compact letters, and large letters in the app, pay online, and use as a mobile stamp or internet stamp instantly

PACKSTATION:
- Details about packstation shipments (including retrieval codes)
- Control app-operated packstations without screens using the app
- Show the location or address where the package is ready for pickup
- Receive push notifications when your package is ready for pickup at the branch or packstation
- Activate this area with a one-time activation code via SMS and further device activation with a customer card scan or activation code by mail
